Today there are about 15 sitting-in members at 9 am and 70 around noon. Yesterday Prefectural Government sent to Defense Office the disapproval of the replanting of the coral group within the area of the land reclamation. According to the Prefectural Government, there is no need for replanting because the permit is cancelled. This is a logical action. Even the corals are replanted, according to the expert, they are not likely to survive. Although the Defense Office is attempting to show that they are acting for the reason of the protection of the environment, it is obvious their intention is not the environment but the enforcement of the base-construction.
