There were about 10 sit-in participants at 9am, and it was increased to 40 around the noon, joined by 15 university students and others. Mr. Yoshitami Oshiro, who were just recently elected as a Nago-City Assembly Member, visited the site timelily and gave clear explanation about the background and history of Henoko to those visiting students. Since Mr. Oshiro has been engaged in the Henoko-Protest for many years since its beginning, the content of his lecture was based on the solid and detailed facts and rich experience of his own. The lecture grabbed keen attention of the students, among whom were two students from Vietnam. The sit-in was dismissed at noon, prioritizing to join the election campaign in the afternoon.
