Sept. 12th: A Visit by Fifteen students from Daito Bunnka University

At 9:00am, 35 people started the sit-in. Approximately 70 people including 15 students from Daito Bunnka University gathered around the Tent by noon.
“I wanted to see Henoko site through my own eyes.” One of the students said.
Mr. Yamashiro Hiroharu stressed the importance of the gubernatorial election, “We must win the election. Why else we come to sit-in here in front of the Gate to protest? It is also for the late Governor Onaga to settle old scores.”
The sit-in meeting was closed by thrice chanting, “Fight!” and adjourned at noon to join the election campaign.
