Oct. 15: Following the Governor Denny, a Mayoral Candidate against the New Base in Henoko Won

(In front of the Gate)
Rain since the sunrise.
Approximately 30 people gathered in the Tent. Yesterday, Mr. Yamakawa Hitoshi recommended by All Okinawa Coalition won the Tomigusuku City mayoral election over two conservative candidates. It will greatly boost the protest movement because Mr. Yamakawa won the election by campaigning to oppose the new base in Henoko.
A mayoral election of the prefectural capital, Naha City, will be held this week. When we win this race, we will have won 3 consecutive election races, which will be a severe blow to Abe administration.
It has been rainy, but the people in the Tent looks fine and sunny expecting better tomorrow.
