(In front of the Gate)
A day off for the trucks today; therefore, the meeting in front of the Gate was not held. However, the protest supporters at Henoko Tent were on watch duty. The US military men did not clean up the oil drips made by the US military vehicles, but Japanese workers did.
(On the Sea)
Due to a bad weather, the protest by boat and canoe was cancelled. However, a group of 4 youth from the Association for Referendum on Base Relocation went out on the sea by a glass boat, and visited us at Henoko Tent to cover our activities. A women in the group said that “Experiencing the beautiful sea, I strongly feel it wrong to fill the sea by dirt. Now I understand that the landfill will destroy the nature”.
